Who we are
Marieke D’Cruz is a leadership development practitioner, coach and researcher focused on how leaders build the capacity to perform in complex, high-pressure environments.
Her work brings together experience from elite sport, top-tier consulting and leadership research. As an Olympian and world champion swimmer, she developed a deep understanding of sustained performance under pressure. She later worked with organisations on strategy, transformation and performance through her experience at McKinsey & Company.
Today, Marieke partners with organisations to develop adaptive leaders and effective teams — strengthening decision-making, team dynamics and the conditions required for growth and performance. She is also undertaking PhD research exploring the intersection of leadership development, adult development and nervous system regulation — with a focus on how leaders grow the capacity to navigate complexity and make better decisions.
Marieke lives in Brisbane with her young family, and every now and then still enjoys a few laps at her local swimming pool.
Jason D’Cruz is a strategic risk and governance professional who partners with leaders and teams to navigate complexity, strengthen governance and make better-informed decisions.
With experience across banking, insurance and superannuation, Jason brings a practical, collaborative and commercially grounded approach to risk and business enablement. He has held senior strategic risk and governance roles with PwC, AMP and Commonwealth Bank, supporting organisations through transformation, regulatory change and growth.
Jason’s work focuses on helping organisations use risk as an enabler of better conversations, stronger decisions and sustainable performance.
